This 7-day (6 night) geocaching trip to Iceland highlights the amazing scenery of this Mid-Ocean Ridge country. We will walk across a plate boundary, see recent active volcanism, climb amazing craters, walk to glaciers, and geocache in some of the most amazing places on the planet. Each and every turn of the road has amazing sites, waterfalls, and the greenest landscapes imaginable.
We will visit historic sites, including where all geysers obtained their name and where the parliament of the oldest-running democracy met in the open air of a rift zone of a mid-ocean ridge. We will bathe in geothermal hot springs and see how the Icelandic economy uses geothermal power.
This trip has a limit of 14 people!

Such an informative & fun tour! 
Gary is very passionate about geology & shares it in “our” terms. You go where buses can’t & learn all about the levels & kinds of lava. He can answer any question. We found so many regular & even more earth caches. Gary knows where to go & when. A great educator, guide & friend. (Claire)
Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a US$50 administration fee, up until 60 days after you register – called your Deposit Refund Date – or 1 December 2027, which ever comes first. After this date you forfeit your deposit.
Full payment is due before 15 February 2028. There are NO refunds after this date. We strongly encouraged you take out full travel insurance to cover you cancelling for any circumstances.
