This is the registration for the Iceland - Fire & Ice on a Mid-Ocean Ridge 2022 trip.
Registration includes paying a deposit of $500. Non-payment of the deposit means you are NOT registered.
You can pay by Check (US only), Wise (Non-US) or via the PayPal link using a credit card. This registration process will take you to Paypal. If you are paying by any other method, just ignore that process.

REFUND POLICY AND CONDITIONS
Arranging all these trips is a very time-consuming and complex process. That said, we appreciate that at times a participant needs to pull out of a trip. The following rules apply to ALL our trips when it comes to refunds.
1. Participants MUST show proof of Travel Insurance at time of registration. We strongly recommend that you get the insurance that covers medical costs while you are away, and covers you for cancellations if YOU make the decision not to attend for any reason. GEOetc is NEVER obligated to refund you for any trip once we have passed the 'refund date' that is advertised for any trip.
2. GEOetc LLC has the right to change itineraries, dates and trip plans due to issues such as, but not limited to circumstances beyond their control, such as pandemics, flight restrictions, immigration issues, predicted bad weather. These decisions are NEVER taken lightly and participants are given as much notice in writing as possible. A change in the trip itinerary does not mean that participants can get a refund as the trip is NOT canceled.
3. Participants who decide that they no longer want to attend a trip after the advertised 'refund date' at the time they registered are not entitled to any refund. They should use their travel insurance to cover their out-of-pocket expenses.

Refund policy – Iceland AUG 2022 Trip
Trip payment (including deposit) is fully refundable minus a US$50 administration fee up till COB on February 15, 2022. Cancellations between February 16, 2022 and April 30, 2022, will forfeit the deposit (US$500). Full payment is due before April 30, 2022. There are no refunds after May 1, 2022, unless GEOetc cancels the trip. We strongly suggest that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or other circumstances.
