Registration is ONLY complete after we have received payment of the US$500 deposit. You have three options to pay the deposit. Please indicate on the form below how you will pay the deposit.

Refund policy – Hawaii's Active Volcanoes for teachers Jan 2023
Trip payment (including deposit) is fully refundable minus a US$50 administration fee up till COB on July 31, 2022. Cancellations between August 1, 2022, and September 30, 2022, will forfeit the deposit (US$500). Full payment is due before 1 October 2022. There are no refunds after October 1, 2022. We strongly suggest that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or other circumstances.
Please note, that if circumstances arise that don't allow the group to travel due to COVID or other pandemic or global/local issues, the trip will be postponed to a future date. If GEOetc CANCELLS a trip you will receive a full refund of the money paid to GEOetc. GEOetc LLC nor its partners will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred (including but not limited to airfares, additional accommodation etc) for trips postponed or canceled due to events beyond our control.
