Deposit Payment

Registration is ONLY complete after we have received payment of the US$500 deposit.  You have three options to pay the deposit.  Please indicate on the form below how you will pay the deposit.

Credit card - when you submit this form, you will be automatically taken to Paypal where you can pay the deposit by credit card (or even your PayPal account).   You can also send money to the PayPal account (gary@geoetc.com).

Refund policy – Geocache on Hawaii's Active Volcanoes
Trip payment (including deposit) is fully refundable minus a US$50 administration fee up till COB on September 30,  2021.   Cancellations between October 1,  2021, and October 31,  2021, will forfeit the deposit (US$500). Full payment is due before 31 October 2021.  There are no refunds after October 31,  2021. We strongly suggest that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or other circumstances.

Please note, that if circumstances arise that don't allow the group to travel due to COVID or other pandemic or global/local issues, the trip will be postponed to a future date.  GEOetc LLC nor its partners will not be held liable for any costs incurred for trips postponed or canceled due to events beyond our control.
