Deposit Payment
Registration is ONLY complete after we have received payment of the US$500 deposit. When you submit this form, you will be automatically taken to Paypal where you can pay the deposit by credit card (or even your PayPal account). You can also send money to the PayPal account (gary@geoetc.com).
Refund policy – Geocache England 2024 Trip
Trip payment (including deposit) is fully refundable minus a US$50 administration fee up till COB on October 30, 2023. Cancellations between November 1, 2023, and December 1, 2023, will forfeit the deposit (US$500). Full payment is due before December 1, 2023. There are no refunds after December 1, 2023. It is a condition of registration that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or other circumstances. GEOetc LLC nor its partners will not be held liable for any costs incurred for trips postponed or canceled due to events beyond our control.
We strongly suggest that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or other circumstances.
Please note, that if circumstances don't allow the group to travel due to COVID or other pandemic or global/local issues, the trip will be postponed to a future date. GEOetc LLC nor its partners will not be held liable for any costs incurred for trips postponed or canceled due to events beyond our control.
