Come and learn about the formation of the Cotter Caves and the Paddys River Mines on this 2 hr guided geology walk. We will spend time exploring an old mine and looking at the ore minerals. We will also be able to peer into the Cotter Caves.
This is walk on paths, stairs and some off track scrambling. We will be walking on loose rocks and gravel on a mine dump. If you are at all unsteady on your feet, please consider bringing walking poles.
You MUST wear closed in shoes. We go rain, hail or shire – please dress accordingly.
The walk takes around two hours.
There is just so much to see and learn about on this guided tour by world-renown geologist, Gary Lewis.

ADULTS : $50 pp
(Age 16 and over)
CHILDREN: $10 pp
(Children are 15 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult and limited to two per paying adult)
