Adventures Refund Policy
If you cancel more than 7 days before an Adventure, we will offer you a refund minus a $5 administration fee. There are no refunds if you cancel with less than 7 days before the Adventure.
If for some reason WE have to cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund. We may, due to severe weather or other factors, have to postpone a trip. In this case, we will offer a refund minus a $5 admininstration fee, if you can’t attend the new date/time.
