Your small business or not-for-profit has multiple spreadsheets of information about staff, customers, and clients. You may also have information in documents that people need to look up to get the relevant information. Different people keep their own lists and spreadsheets – and nothing ‘talks’ to each other. You and your staff spend hours trying to get the most basic tasks done and lots of tasks are just repetitive – like sending out emails, copying and pasting from one list to another, or even creating a new spreadsheet for each task or project.
It does not have to be that way!
We can help you set up one, two or many systems to help you win back time and get all that wasted time under control. We use Airtable and some additional software to create form-based solutions to drive those systems – so no one needs to ‘learn a new program’ but just complete forms to see, add to, and manage the information they need. We can pull all those spreadsheets and lists together so they all talk to each other so one change will update across all your projects and tasks.
So what will this all cost?
For these systems, you have two cost components. The first is the annual cost of the software which starts at around US$500 a year (assuming you already have none of the required components).
The second is our reasonable hourly rate for setting up systems – including a discovery phase, setting up, testing, and training. This is a negotiated cost based on a scoping out of the system(s) you want to be put in place. Anything outside of the scoping is charged at the same reasonable fee per hour.
