How does the pricing work?
Your club/society will be charged at the start of your membership, then every year on the same date. The cost is based on the number of ACTIVE* members your club/society has at that time along with a low admin fee.
The current pricing is:
FIRST YEAR
First year set up: US$149
(This includes the transfer of your digital membership records to the system etc)
PLUS : Cost per active member per year: US$0.99
SUBSEQUENT YEARS
Cost per active member per year: US$0.99
For example, A club/society that signs up that has 250 active members will be charged in the first year US$149 plus 250 X US$0.99 = US$396.50 (so that would be US$1.07 per active member. In the second year the cost we be just US$0.99 per member = US$247.50.
*An ACTIVE member is a fully paid-up member. You are not charged for lapsed members.
